I'm Andrew Rocha. Husband, father, real estate investor, and banking leader. But before any of that, I was drowning in debt, overwhelmed by life, and convinced that if I just performed better, I'd finally feel fulfilled. It took paying off $60,000 of debt in 7 months, buying multiple properties, raising a young family, and walking through seasons of loss and growth to learn the difference between happiness and joy.
Happiness is transactional. Joy is deeper. We're not chasing a temporary feeling. We're pursuing excellence, knowing we'll never hit the mark perfectly, but choosing to show up anyway. Because real freedom doesn't come from money. It comes from the systems that support your finances, your leadership, your faith, and your life.
