Pastor Jachin Mullen leads Home Church, a multi site congregation with locations across Canada and roughly 110 more sites spread across 14 countries. He and his wife Becca oversee a community built on the phrase "everyone needs Jesus, everyone needs a home," and in this conversation he opens up about what it actually takes to lead with integrity when trust in leadership, spiritual and otherwise, is at an all time low.
